We usually wake up at the same time each day.  Probably eat the exact same breakfast, or maybe even have the habit of skipping it each day.  We leave the house about the same time for work, driving the same path there, and back. So much of our life is run by habit, doing the same thing over and over.  Including how we wonder over and over again as to why things are the way they are, and why they never change.

You can’t expect things in your life to get better if you always continue to do the very same things that got you where you are today.  So choose to be different today by doing something different today.  Maybe if you don’t eat breakfast, choose to do so this morning.  If you always drive the same way to work, choose a different path for this trip.  What you do different isn’t as important as just doing something different.

The point is to break the patterns of habit in your life.  To remind yourself that you can be different.  That you aren’t stuck the way you are.  And when you’ve changed one thing, change another.  Start considering what differences you can make that will bring about the biggest changes.  Each bit of difference will slowly create a new and different you.  Have a great day.
