Sorry about going dark the last few days. I was getting ready for my trip here to Orlando, FL where I’m at training for my new job. As such I don’t have the scale with me so no numbers for this week, just a quick check in. Now that I’m situated here at the hotel I’ll try to be better about posting daily.
